Mine, and from what I understand, many others who are TWC customers in Palmdale CA, have had problems with Thunderbird and other, email service for the last 2 weeks. We are being forced to use roadrunner email services, which I hate. Thanks The question is the error message

Chosen solution

I am guessing Roadrunner has rebuilt mail accounts and the account while containing the same messages has different message reference numbers, possibly as a recovery from a failed server.

Help menu > troubleshooting information Click the show folder button. Close Thunderbird In explorer navigate to the pop folder and open it. It will have a folder named after your mail server name. Open that. Delete the file popstate.dat.

Restart Thunderbird. All mail you have on the server will be re-downloaded as Thunderbird no longer has a starting point.
