My tabs do not work. I click the plus and nothing happens. I went to file open new tab. nothing. I used the command + T and also nothing. I saw this question on your help page and it said to disable ask.com. I don't have Ask.com. I have even downloaded the latest version and restarted and nothing. Please help.

Note that we have seen reports that a Community Toolbar extension is causing this issue, so if you have one of those then start there.

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...
