When I update Firefox will it delete my settings? Also when i install that software will it mess up my computer?

Modified by Puahina

No it will not. We need to make sure you don't have any malware on your machine, make sure you are using the latest Firefox version and then install an ad blocker so then you don't have to see anymore ads.

And for the update, will it keep my original settings?

Yes it will.

To remove pop-ups from Mozilla Firefox, you can try the below methods:

1 – Scan the browser with antivirus program 2 – Update your Firefox Browsers 3 – Run a malware scan

Or you can go to settings and follow the step mentioned in this post – How to block Pop-ups in Firefox
