Wow! Seven Flash plugins hanging around.

Get the Flash uninstaller here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Run it to remove all versions of Flash, then install the newest version of Flash.

If you're curious where they are, you can type or paste about:plugins in the address bar and press Enter to load a page that should show the path on disk. Since Firefox actually discovers them from registry entries, though, the-edmeister's approach should give you the cleanest results the quickest.

One more problem;

System Details Installed Plug-ins

Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 12.1.2.152 Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 12.0.9.149

Also, are these the same?

5.1.30214.0 0.70.4

5.1.30214.0 refers to Silverlight. 0.70.4 refers to ESN Sonar API.

EDIT: Accidentally clicked on solved for that response. Oops.
