How can I fix my glitchy dancing "loading" spinners? (32.0a1)

The loading spinners on the tabs appeared to have been updated a couple days ago on the Nightly channel. After another update my loading spinners broke. They appear to be spinning around an axis that is off the tab, so that they will "dance" through and out of the icon box. I have reinstalled Nightly without any difference, leading me to believe it is some kind of legacy setting in my profile.

HI Privateer, Try to apply the new update. Today it does not appear to be happening. If it does, can you please show a screenshot and the Nightly version you are seeing this in?
