I have firefox 29.0.1 Updated recently. Can't get to all my bookmarks when I choose show all bookmarks.

Did you have some of your Bookmarks in folders? Do you see the folders or sub-folders in the folder tree?
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.
