Need to know which tabs are playing videos
Don't want to stop flash player, just need a little flag or V in tab to show which tabs are playing videos. I understand other browsers already have something like this.

That's a good idea. I also noticed that Google Chrome indicates when user microphone/camera is being used by a site.
I'd however vote for different tab color. That's because I have open tons of tabs and don't want them to be wide.
May I recommend;
Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it
