right cornor of page the minimize, max, and close button has disappeared, also when I first start comp. FF asks everytime if I want to make changes
A few days ago noticed that when I clicked on a page sometimes the little blue thingy would just turn and not d;/l the page where I would have to shut it down. Then 2 days ago my minimize, maximize and close button on the right has disappeared and is just black. I did a virus scan also did restored FireFox back to it's previous state and nothing works, also each time I turn on my computer now FF will ask if I want to make changes which it never did that before it would just automatically go to FF page. I am not computer savvy so If you have answers please say it in laymen terms so I can understand please. Also would like to know why FF blocks Adobe flash, which it has forever and it is a problem because so many web sites I can't see the picture because of it. BTW the min, max and close works when I close out FF and go to Internet EXplorer so I know the problem is with FF. Afraid to uninstall as I have all my history I rely on and bookmarks and don't have the money to do a back up. Please help Thanks.

Regarding Flash, your Shockwave Flash plugin version is 11.5, which is a very old version now, so I suspect that's why Firefox is blocking it. You can get the current version from this page (make sure to uncheck any unwanted extras): http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Regarding your buttons on the title bar turning black, this could indicate a glitch with Firefox's support for your graphics card. The usual workaround for that is to turn off Firefox's use of hardware acceleration for graphics. This does not affect other applications.
Here's how:
Click the "3-bar" menu button > Options > Advanced
On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"
This will take effect the next time you exit out of Firefox and start it up again.
Any change?
