On a random basis, sites like msn.com, yahoo mail or outlook.com will freeze. Sometimes they may suddenly come back to life, but the normal fix is delete tab and restart tab. Long videos may also freeze. Have cleared history, and changed optimization setting but nothing helps. On 151.0.2 64 bit.

After most recent Windows 11 and Firefox updates, Firefox will not open on my PC. I thought I had managed to Refresh it today Troubleshooting Mode - got a "Success" message - but that message was overlaid with a box that wanted me to agree to terms and conditions, etc. and when I clicked the Continue button, nothing happened. So I had to close what little of Firefox was on my screen; got the Not Responding message, then the Close or Wait message (waiting is useless), so I hit Close and the error was again reported to Windows (big whoop). Should I uninstall Firefox and start over???? I have no clue how to save all my bookmarks and associated passwords.

I have logged into TinyURL.com MANY times using Firefox. Now, I get a Cloudflare Validation Error when trying to do so (see attached screenshot/snip).

This was done in Troubleshooting mode, but is the same in standard mode, though I have no extensions enabled. I've tried turning Protection Tracking off; no luck. - We use ZoneAlarm, but the Web Secure functions are all disabled. - I have the same issue on 2 PC's, one Windows 10 and the other Windows 11, 64-bit. - I'm on FF release 150.0.2 - 64-bit, and both Windows installs are fully updated and kept that way. - I've reached out to TinyURL in hopes of resolving the issue. They suggested many of the above steps but not resolved this issue. - HOWEVER, I've found that login via Google Chrome IS seamless - no issues.

What is it with Firefox that it's having issues with the Cloudflare "Human" check? I've checked the Cloudflare site; all conditions are good, and this very setup passed the "Turnstile" check.

FF is my #1 preferred browser, so please look into this. I see that others have posted similar issues over multiple years here (but a search of support articles didn't find one . . .)

google blocking Firefox download. What do I do? When I open the downloaded browser app icon from Google store the browser changes to Google and Firefox is not in the drop down list either.

This was working just fine up until 2 days ago. As the title says, when I close firefox, it is now no longer restoring my tabs from my previous session. Closing via the x does not give me the option to restore my previous session.

I have:

Tried unchecking the box, closing firefox, opening it again and rechecking the box. No success.

Uninstalled firefox, restarted my computer, and reinstalled firefox. Still no success.

I am open to further suggestions.

It seems a pity that Gmail is not an App on Windows and that one has to browse to open a gmail account..

I would like to set up a Gmail Tab that uses a firefox shortcut to access my gmail account but I am struggling with the shortcut path to do this. I have a standard Windows 11 set up

Just getting started using Mozilla features after many years absence. So much has changed! I have yet to decide what I need help with. All of it! So let me proceed on my own to figure this out and return for support when I feel I need it most, and more importantly, when I feel I feel I have the time and energy to devote to the learning curve required.

When I visit a particular web site it requests that I grant Firefox access to location services. When I attempt to, the site's interface takes me to (Apple) System Settings/Privacy & Security/Location Services and shows me the access status of the Firefox.app. The control next to it shows it as off. Clicking on the control to change it to on does nothing. The web site cannot access location services.

Location Services itself is on, as are permissions for several other apps (including Safari, which does not have this problem with this web site).

Within the Firefox apps own settings, location permissions for the site in question (scistarter.org) are set as Allow.

I'm on an iMac, running Tahoe 26.5. This problem does not happen on my iPhone running iOS 26.5.

How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is jdb.jb70@gmail.com. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.

I have 2 PCs and one has all my current settings and the other does not. I recently had to re-install Windows 10 and when I installed Firefox again the settings won't sync. Bookmarks, toolbars, etc.

Trying to recover Hotmail account pop up by Mozilla says to insert security key into USB. i don't have one. Never had one. Restricts me from continuing recovery. Can you help please.

I am encountering more and more websites with problems they attribute to Firefox. Many of them recommend using Chrome or Edge and some insist upon it or they will no longer support problems. Direct TV will no longer work with Firefox at all and they will not fix it. Several of my other regular websites will work partially, but have pages that simply will not work with Firefox. I have resisted using Chrome or Edge for years but it is getting harder and harder to do as on line systems continue to have problems with Firefox and their only suggestion is to use Chrome (which works when Firefox doesn't). Any ideas/suggestions?

before v151.0.2, didn't have a problem with firefox, now with this new release, it is really really slow, takes some time to start and load pages. what happened??

AGAIN, IT SEEMS I LOST MY PASSWORDS AND CONSTANTLY HAVING TO CALL THE COMPANIES TO VERIFY IT'S ME? EVERYTIME I TRY TO DO THIS NOW IT SAYS "DOESN'T RECOGNIZED EMAIL?

Many web pages provide an email icon to send an article to a non subscriber. When I try to do this Firefox wants me to open New Outlook. I use Classic Outlook and don't want to use the new version. How do I fix this?
