I had an issue with ATI Testing and Firefox as well. It only loads the "Install Microsoft Silverlight" box against white page. Tried reinstalling Silverlight and the various changes suggested via this forum and various online help me guides without much change (disabled IPv6, cleared cache, etc).

Having spent a couple days now with no fix, it seems to be unsolvable. Since Nursing class gives you little time to sit around all day trouble shooting software issues, I would suggest just using Internet Explorer for your ATI stuff (mine loads just fine on IE and, while I tend to dislike IE for most stuff, using it solely to load an educational website should be secure enough). Might be fixed in the future.

Older thread, but since school is starting up now that it is Fall and others may have the issue, posting so people don't waste too much of their own time trying to troubleshoot something that can be completely circumvented by not trying to use Firefox for the task.

EDIT: The website will say that IE isn't really compatible with ATI but I was able to login, view files, and take the practice tests just fine by ignoring the compatibility warning and click the "secure sign on" blue button in the upper right of the login page: https://www.atitesting.com/home.aspx
