You can download KompoZer instead. That is a futher development of the original Mozila Composer.

The page at http://jerrytravis.com/mozTut/getting.html is outdated, since it describes how to install Mozilla Suite, which was replaced by the SeaMonkey suite of Internet applications (including Composer] years ago.
