All of a sudden, when I click on Firefox in order to access my aol free e-mail, all I get is a screen that says "Google". How do I get out of that screen?

I've never had this problem before. Always when I click on Mozilla Firefox I get the Aol screen asking for my password to get my aol free e-mail. Why am I all of a sudden getting this Google screen which I can see no way to exit from it?

Hi pinks60,

You should take a look at the Knowledge Base article How to set the home page. Your homepage might have been changed to the default Firefox home page. It sounds like you just want to make webmail.aol.com/ your home page. Just enter that into the address bar and hit enter. Then follow the steps to make that your home page.

If that doesn't work you should look at the article How to fix preferences that won't save.

If you don't see the navigation bar to enter an address or any of the other navigation buttons, take a look at Navigation buttons like back, home, bookmarks and reload are missing. That article will show you how to turn on the navigation bar again.

Hopefully this helps!
