Trouble connecting to my email provider Time Warner Corporation to send emails using my wifi. They claim I have to be connected to Spectrum to send them using my WIFI and they are not in Massachusetts where I am now for the summer. I get the following message when I try to send one using my wifi:

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: p-impout004.msg.pkvw.co.charter.net cmsmtp 73.238.167.193 blocked.
