Displaying web links in incoming emails.

Many incoming emails include a url. Thunderbird used to link to these and display the remote content, but it no longer does that. Why? Can I change this?

One possibility is to check settings>privacy&security to see your setting for remote content. Also check that you have view>message body as HTML.

Thankyou. I have "Allow remote content in messages" set already with one site in the exceptions set to Allow. Would this block all other sites? Where would I find the option " view>message body as HTML " ?

If the menu bar is not visible, press the alt key to display it. Then, click View>message body as>Original HTML
