I've set a password for Mozilla Thunderbird on my Laptop. I tougth I've set the same I have on my other PC, unfortunately it wasn't. I've wroted two times the same wrong password during the setting step. Now I'm out of my mail on my laptop, witch is a big problem for me. I've tried to delete it with the guide at this link https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/password-principale-thunderbird#w_reimpostare-una-password-principale-dimenticata-o-persa , but it'doesn't work. I've also tried to delete the app btu still not works... Can someone help me?

Per accedere alla posta già scaricata ti basta fare click su Annulla quando ti viene chiesta la password principale. Potrai leggere la vecchia posta ma non scaricare la nuova.

Per il reset della password principale c'è solo il metodo descritto qui https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/password-principale-thunderbird#w_reimpostare-una-password-principale-dimenticata-o-persa Se non riesci a portarlo a termine purtroppo non c'è altro che si possa fare.

Se non riesci nel reset puoi solo ripartire da un profilo Thunderbird pulito. Se i tuoi account email sono di tipo IMAP dovresti recuperare tutto direttamente alla prima connessione. Se sono POP3 dovresti comunque poter recuperare la vecchia posta dal profilo attuale; in questo secondo caso posso indicarti degli appunti per come procedere.
