App is open but everything is very slow in loading/response for the last week?

You can do a couple of solving things for that issue on that pc with Thunderbird.
1.First thing is to open in troubleshoot mode if this works then bad add on s can traced and deleted. 2.You might compact these folders there that deletes space between the folders.🎅 3.Clear that cache of the program with Ctrl+Shift+Delete and Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac. select >everything.>keep cache checked and restart. 4.clean the inbox and the places were these mails went to, such as sub maps. 5. Anti virus : for thunderbird and the profile map / thunderbird.exe for the prevention’s of slowing down the realtime scans of that anti virus software if that is installed on that pc of you?
Ensure that you have the latest version in use there
Possible hints :
Update thunderbird app , update operating system , remove outdated apps, add ons. Login into thunderbird from the internet browsers is this more stable and not slow?
