The posts I receive also keep going to archives without my permission

Upon receiving a message, it automatically goes to the archives folder every time. Where is my mistake somewhere? This way, the archives folder is useless because everything that comes into my inbox ends up in it. (Gmail and IMAP).

Het IMAP-protocol is een synchronisatieprotocol en leest wat er op de server staat. U moet dus even via webmail kijken of de e-mailberichten op de server ook al naar de archiefmap worden verplaatst of gekopieerd, bijvoorbeeld door een ingestelde regel. Zo niet, dan staat er in Thunderbird een regel actief voor verplaatsen/kopiëren of of een andere opdracht in de instellingen van Thunderbird.
