One of my email accounts ( alexis@frescoveg.com ) does not receive emails on my macbook It does on my Iphone though. a screen appears asking to sign in, when I do another screen appears saying error 400, request malformed. see screen shots attached.

That is Google's OAuth2 authentication process, and requires that cookies are accepted in TB (not browser) Settings/Privacy & Security. When the password request appears, enter the account password to give TB access to the account.
