I’m not able to get on to my thunderbird email account. I keep being told a password is sent to my email but none arrives?! I cleared my account recently but can’t log in to my email? Why?

Your account password is between you and your e-mail service provider.
What do you mean that you “cleared” your account?
Are you using the password re-set function at your e-mail service provider?
