Connection to Server Timed Out

Hello,

Thunderbird is not sending e-mail for my account. I am getting a message stating "Connection to Outgoing Server (SMTP) timed out".

I tried sending an email through another program and didn't get an error message. This is only happening with Thunderbird - which is the main program I use for e-mail.

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

Posting a screenshot of your SMTP server settings pane may help other suggest changes.
