Hi Gerhard,

You can download Thunderbird here: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/

If you deleted only the program, your mail was not deleted, so you don't have to recover it.

Your password is used by you e-mail service provider. You will have to re-set your password with them.
