lost content in local folder

I am collecting comments from bible passages . I have created a folder "comments" in my local folder with a filter that direct them in that folder. I just realized there are some missing from the beginning. Do local folder have a limit in content. I was under the impression that because they are in local folder they are limitless. Where are they or can they be retrieve.

There is no limit on local storage. If messages are missing, you might try clicking help>troubleshootinginformation, scroll down to 'profiles' and clck 'about:profiles and then browse any profiles listed. Local folders would be in the Mail\Local Folders folder of a profile. Otherwise, I am at a loss of where your messages might be.
