I can NOT get any of the email for my account to download to me Macbook Pro. It continually asks for my password, and it has disappeared. I haven't been apple to retrieve my emails for over several MONTHS. Please help me I am a VERY SENIOR citizen, and this is VERY DIFFICULT.
