Please, how do I get rid of this message, which is preventing me from sending any emails: "Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded. Blacklisted by spam filter. Please contact customer service. Please check the message and try again." With pretty desperate regards, Gillian

As stated, the message is from your email provider's server. Thunderbird has got nothing to do with this.

Please contact customer service.

This is exactly what you'll have to do - talk to your email provider.
