Zero help
I'm a little disappointed that I will have to use a different browser to stream with Xfinity. I have asked for help to determine what could cause connectivity issues, but obviously it's not a big enough issue. Too bad, I kind of liked Firefox.

Hi VG, sorry for the delayed response. There are fewer support volunteers checking this forum for Firefox for iPhone/iPad (iOS).
What kind of error message(s) do you get when you try to connect to Xfinity?
I have a mac desktop running Catalina. Sorry for any confusion.
The re is no error message, the screen hangs on the blue screen with the loading dots. I have tried deleting the history, disabling all ad blockers and extensions and restarting the computer with no luck.
I don't have Xfinity, so I'm not sure which page would have a blue screen. Could you describe the steps to replicate the problem? For example, if you start at the hub page and sign in, are you able to sign in?
The blue screen with a "Xfinity Stream" logo and loading dots appears after logging in my username and password. It normally appears a few seconds before the Xfinity line up appears.
I can't test it myself (no subscription). One other thought: try disabling Tracking Protection on the Xfinity site. To do that, click the shield icon at the left end of the address bar (next to the lock icon). On the drop-down panel, click the blue slider switch to disable protection.
