Today, all of a sudden, Mozilla Thunderbird required a PC restart and after the restart was complete, it cannot be started, a message appears. Please, help me ;-)

Try reinstalling TB from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/. Choose the Extended Support Release.
