Forward does not work with VPN on
It fails the same way on all 3 of my PCs gets:0 Sending of the message failed. The messagecouldnot be sentbecause connecting tomOutgoing server (SMTO) smtp.gmail.com failed.The server may be unavailable or is refusingSMTP connections. Pleaseverify that your Outgoing server(SMTP) settings are correct and try again.
Turning off VPN and it works OK.

VPNs intercept the security validation between email client and SMTP server. This is a common problem posted on the forum. I am not familiar with the many VPNs available, but there should be a setting within it to not interfere with email. Maybe someone here with specific knowledge on your VPN can advise.
