I think your domain is hosted by webhosthk.com, and their recommended settings for the outgoing server are:
wh.1025.hk, port 1025, STARTTLS security, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address

The incoming IMAP is: bodycarecocomhk.securemail.hk, 993, SSL/TLS, normal password, email address
To avoid certificate error messages, disable antivirus scanning of email and secure connections.
take confirm security button directly?
Just wondering how the port number is 1025 in SFHOWES post but the error is showing Port as 25. I think you might need to fix your SMTP settings.
