You need to provide more information. Are the phone and PC both IMAP? I suggest checking that carefully, as that could be the problem. Posting complete error messages from PC might also help. Posting settings for phone and for PC might be useful. With that, some better suggestions can be made.

First, post complete error messages so readers here understand what you're seeing. Also, please post a screenshot of the incoming server settings pane so people here may have suggestions on what to change. Thanks.
