Insertion of Links to Websites

mugsm

Somehow I've lost the ability to insert a link to websites. Help! What did I do wrong? I used to be able to insert a link to a website, so the receiver could just hit the link to go to the website. Now they have to "cut & paste" into their browser to get to a given site. I've tried to change the toolbars without effect. I have no idea what changed.

Maybe it will help if you step through each step you do in this. For myself, I typically highlight a URL from browser, copy and then paste directly into an email.
