Chosen solution

Do normal links in messages not open in the default browser, or are they not opening just for the link in the signature? In the first case, when no links open, there's probably an incompletely-specified default browser. This can happen when you have multiple browsers, each trying to be the default.

If it happens with just the signature, make sure the URL is entered completely, starting with http://, or copied from a browser window.

Do you mean that clicking on the image doesn't open the link while you're creating the signature? Or, when you click the image in a received or sent message that contains the signature? The first case is by design - links aren't clickable in edit mode, while the second indicates an issue with clicking links in completed messages.

Hi, It's the second. I've followed all the steps on the Signature link, but doesn't solve the problem. I add the image, I configure the URL site, but it doesn't open the link on a sent message.
