When you look at the right side of your original post you'll see :

"Question tools" => Get email updates

When you click on that, you will receive email notifications, every time someone has posted in your thread.

Also : you can see your profile, when you to to the top of this page, click on your username/display name => View profile There you will see links to your threads.
