Hi, you are using a very old version of Firefox (4.0.1), which can compromise your security and may cause other problems including this crash - which was resolved several years ago! https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=600807

To update Firefox to v54! If it isn't there already, you can press the Alt key to bring up the main menu bar > Help > About Firefox. Alternatively, you can download/update from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
