This issue occurs specifically with Japanese text input. I don’t know whether it also happens with other languages.

Currently, when I type in the address bar, autocomplete activates and prevents me from typing correctly. Specifically:

• When suggestions are displayed and I type a vowel, the preceding consonant gets entered twice. • If I dismiss the suggestion list, I’m no longer able to perform text conversion (henkan).

Even after adjusting all the address bar suggestion settings, bookmark suggestions and this support site’s address still get autocompleted. Please allow me to configure a setting that disables all autocompletion in the address bar, including these.

9/19/2026 Firefox Mobile 7.236.0.18 for iPhone 16e IOS 26.7.

This started happening about 3 weeks to 1.5 months ago. If I am on a tab that is NOT a New/Blank/Empty tab, and I close Firefox, or my phone goes to sleep, or I jump to another phone app. Then Firefox moves the active browser tab from the tab I am on "Cnn.Com" or any other site, to a Blank/Empty tab.

I have not actually experienced this next thing yet, I don't think... If I don't have Blank/Empty tab, then it will create a NEW tab to put me on.

On iPhone when I select address bar Shortcut Icons are displayed but if I select one screen freezes and needs to be closed and restarted. Started failing this week and consistently fails. Reinstall had not affect How do I get shortcut functionality back?

So every time I use the iOS app, whenever I leave the app for a few seconds to look at another app, once I come back it always redirects me to the home page. It’ll never bring me back to the page I was just on. It’s a little infuriating because it happens 9 times out of 10. If this bug were to be fixed, I would really appreciate it.

When I go to my Firefox app it keeps popping up with Google as a search engine in a homepage. I have a laptop that is a Windows program although the cell phone is an iPhone. I want the iPhone to look like the home screen on my computer so I can figure out how to get to certain functions in Firefox. How do I make it work that way

this was actually solved for me last night and I should’ve took a screenshot of what I was told to do because it worked well now I have a homepage, but it doesn’t have the new changes I made to the wallpaper and it was keeping too many jump back in things so I wanted to take those out and instead I wiped everything out

I want to turn on my Firefox vpn in my iPhone but when I tap my Firefox icon, I get get the google browser instead of Firefox browser and there is no icon to turn on vpn in the google browser page.
