I want to change a reader to view readable

I have pulled up a form and it says it is unreadable. I need to read it but I don’t know how to change it to readable.

Hi pbentley,

On Firefox for iOS, you can simply pinch the page you're in to zoom in or zoom out including on a reader view mode.

I said the page was unreadable. How does pinching it make it readable? I don’t understand!

It’s a web page I pulled up and it is blank so I looked it up and in settings it says it is unreadable. It is grayed out, so I’m trying to figure out what I can click to make it not a gray area and change it to readable!

I suggested pinching the page to zoom in the text so it become more visible. But it turns out to be another issue.

Can you share a screenshot and the website link so we can check further?
