Day 2: Having to continuously scroll back down through bookmarks folders

Like the title states - now have to scroll back down through all the bookmarks in a folder because it no longer holds its place. This is a great time waster.

Thought I would try to save some time by opening bookmarks in new tabs, but it then switches to the new tab immediately and I still have to scroll back through the same folder to open the next bookmark.

Is there a fix for this issue?

I asked a question earlier about being blocked from a site that I frequent while using Firefox but not when using Edge. I don't use Edge much but another difference has become apparent. Many of the sites like news sites an information sites seem to take longer to open than they used to on Firefox, I can see little icons going back and forth in the tab at top. Normally this lasts for ten seconds or so then the site I was after appears. I was on Edge and noted that this was not happening. I spent several minutes going back and forth and I definitely have an issue with Firefox. I have Windows 10 running on an old desktop. I use Express VPN I use BitDefender In Firefox I use Adblock Plus, Ghostery, I use Duck Duck search

Do I need a new version of Firefox or what? It says it is up to date 121.0.1 Have been using Firefox for years and not had any issues like these. Mark

I've noticed that whenever I press ⌥⇧Space (option-shift-spacebar) in Firefox Developer Edition, it causes the page to refresh.

This behaviour seems to be consistent across devices.

Is there a way to change/disable this behaviour? It is very inconvenient, as it often causes me to accidentally trigger a page refresh when I type an em dash (`—`) in a text input (opt-shift-dash, and then type a space character after it, I'm very likely to hit opt-shift-space by mistake 🙈).

Firefox recently upgraded automatically, but the new version had a graphics glitch in the bookmarks toolbar. I decided to downgrade to the previous version, but now I've lost all my bookmarks and passwords even though I am signed in to my Sync account. How can I recover them? I wrote to you earlier today about a problem i am having with themes.I change themes quite frequently and have a lot of them on my list. After opening and closing the browser once or twice the list of themes no longer shows what each theme looks like. I reset Firefox and the image of each theme reappears. It's quite tedious as i said to have to do this once or twice a day. Is this problem occurring because i have too many themes on the list?. I have turned off all other extensions and the same problem keeps happening. I don't know what to do.

On Win11.64, I noticed some weeks ago Firefox refusing to automatically open sites. I’ve also sites telling me that JavaScript is disabled. But javascript.enabled = true, in settings. I’ve renamed the folder to Firefox.old, and installed a fresh copy—though then ported bookmarks, etc. Same issues. I’ve cleared the cache. Same issues. Firefox in Private Window mode works fine. Hi, I have a laptop i use for work and a PC at home, both use Firefox.

At home I am signed into a FF account, but on my work laptop i've never signed into FF before. I had lots of work-related bookmarks.

I recenlty signed into FF on my work laptop, in order to make sharing tabs to my home PC easier. Now all the local bookmarks I had in FF from before I signed in have been replaced with my bookmarks from my home PC.

How do I recover the bookmarks from before I signed in? Going forward, is there a way to organise different bookmarks on 2 different devices while signed into the same FF account?

Trying to restore from "sessionstore.backup" - no result. Trying from synced - oh sure CRAP IS TURNED OFF like always for NO reason
