When I use non-incognito browser to go to https://www.truist.com and enter a login and password that is valid I receive a JASON response message window that says {"type":"about:blank","title":"Bad Request","status":400,"detail":"Failed to convert 'userIdEncrypted' with value: ","instance":"/dias/authenticate"} If I use a new private window I can login normally. Others have said the same thing but the suggested remedies do not work. I have delete all cach, cookies, and site data associated with the truist.com domain and the same problem happens. If I use Edge all works well with the truist.com site. Where does this useridEncrypted come from? Anyway, I thought I would try to clear out the userid which was prefilled in with the help of Firefox and just retype my id. Viola, everything worked. So wherever Firefox is retrieving the saved login id from, that must be corrupted somehow. Hope this will help somebody that is experiencing this problem.

For about the past 24 hours when I go to youtube to check out a video - nothing works? I clicked on a video to play, got the sound and no picture. I closed out my browser and I kept getting the audio of the video and had to shut down my computer to stop it. Now when I go to a video nothing works. My cursor disappears when I go to chick on the video and I have to move it off to the side just to see my cursor.

I also use a service (VidIQ) that helps me see the tags on the right hand side of my screen for a video and the channel so that I can compare those tags to my videos that I am uploading.   Now that never load just a spinning dial or object like it is stuck.

I hope that you can get this fixed soon or let me know if there is something that I must do at my end.

Firefox 139.0.4. version is also not good! Uploading videos to Youtube does not work with it! It does not move from zero percent! As I wrote earlier, the problem started with version 138.0.4. and is still ongoing! Uploading videos works with other browsers! I am waiting for the problem to be solved! If I wrote my letter in the wrong place, please forward it to the authorities! At the moment I could write a letter here, I can't really find a topic where this would be discussed! My OS Win10 64 bit. Thank you!

About a month ago I go to Facebook to play my usual: Angry Birds. I enlarge the screen and it goes blue but it never goes back to the original color. I tried getting out resetting...nothing. If I click on certain spots it will go back to it's original color but then when I click on something else it goes back to being blue. It's hard on my eyes. I sent a question to the actual website and was told it was something on Mozilla's end when a update was done. I go to play Angry Birds on a different platform and it's normal so yep, as usual it's Mozilla/Firefox. Can ya'll please fix whatever code ya'll have for the enlarge feature? I hate having to go to different platforms just to play one game.

The Facebook messenger calls are know secured with end-to-end encryption. Only people in this chat can read, listen to, or share them.And Firefox browser will not allow video talking because it is not secured with end to end security. Hi there, I'm having an issue where my website isn't loading on Firefox browser on some devices. I've checked all the issues from my side and the website, but haven't been able to detect anything.

I've tested the website on different devices and different networks, and it seems to be working fine on other browsers, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. However, when I try to load the website on Firefox, it just hangs and doesn't load at all.

I'm not sure what the issue could be, as the website doesn't seem to be having any problems on other browsers. I've tried disabling my extensions, clearing my cache and cookies, and restarting my browser, but nothing seems to be working.

Is there anything else I can try to resolve this issue, or could someone from the support team please help me out? I really appreciate any advice or assistance you can offer.

Using the browser Firefox when Claude is answering questions every 3-4 responses will hang and the response will consume up to 98% of the cpu as well as 600 to 700 MB of memory. The only recovery is to kill the tab. The CPU is : Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 185H 3.10 GHz With 64GB ram Using Firefox version 139.0.1 I had Claude switch to only respond with plain text and the issue continued. The issue also occurred during a discussion with Claude about this issue which confirmed it was a Firefox-specific problem with Claude's interface. It during his response, it's likely related to the real-time text streaming or DOM updates.

Sucessfully installed Firefox 139.0.3 armv7 nodpi on an Android 5.1 tablet device, but no matter what website I try to access (even Google), a plain black screen is always displayed. Homepage and Settings page works fine, even those history thumbnails are showing the website correctly. If I click on the address bar to type something, it then suddenly changes from black to the actual website for a blink of a second and then gets black again.

Is there a way to fix this? Firefox Focus, Beta and Nightly behaviors the same. I already tried to uninstall and clearing data/cache. It seems a bug with this specific tablet device I am using even though it shouldn't, since Android 5.1 is still supported, isn't?

Dear Mozilla Team,

I’ve been a loyal Firefox user for over 15 years, and it’s been my go-to browser for both personal and work-related tasks. However, recently I’ve encountered persistent issues where several websites—especially work-related ones—have stopped functioning properly. I’ve tried troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, allowing cookies, and disabling tracking protections, but the problems persist.

Reluctantly, I switched to Google Chrome as it currently offers better stability, but it’s been hard to abandon Firefox after so many years. I truly value Mozilla’s mission and privacy-focused approach, and I’d love to return if these issues are addressed.

Could you please look into these compatibility problems? I’d appreciate any guidance or updates on fixes. Thank you for your hard work—I hope to support Firefox again soon.
