I would like to actually SEE my personas ('Lightweight Themes'), and now you've made the URL and search boxes incapable of being moved. How do I fix this?

Seriously, this update does nothing but irritate me. I used to be able to shorten the length of the URL and Search box by putting them on the same line and added a bunch of 'blank spaces' to the end of them. This allowed me to actually view my persona.

Now, with the update, I can't do that. I don't need to see the entirety of the URL and the search box really doesn't need to be almost the entire width of my screen.

It would be nice if they were adjustable in the options section, and with all these iterations of Firefox it's really quite sad you keep forgetting that people like to customize their browser. Otherwise, why even have Personas?

I solved the issue with an add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/?src=hp-dl-upandcoming

This puts some of the older button options in the customize menu, such as 'blank space' which is useful for organizing and moving things to the far left.

The best I've managed is to get them on the same line. I would prefer them to be on the left side of the screen, as I like having the right side open so that I can see the personas.

All I want is to be able to go to options, grab the side of the URL/navigation bar and choose how wide I want it.

The name Personas isn't used any longer; now known as Lightweight Themes.

See if this extension - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lighterweight-themes-for-austr/ - helps you with your issues with Light-weight themes in Firefox 29.

Tried it. It made the taps shuffle over if I have a full screen of them, does not touch the navigation and search bars. Also gives them a solid white background instead of transparent with some sort of smokey look. Basically made it worse.

Is the 'empty space' option available somewhere like before? It worked to push those boxes to the left, although it would occasionally glitch when I opened Firefox and those boxes would disappear. Closing and re-opening would resolve the issue, the navigation and search boxes would be back again.

Ah, great, I found this article: https://blog.mozilla.org/blog/2014/04.../mozilla-introduces-the-most-customizable-firefox-ever-with-an-elegant-new-design/

You claim you made it 'more customizable'? All those little buttons you can move around up top were perfectly customizable before! Except now you made it so my bloody navigation and search boxes stretch across the whole screen with no apparent way to change it.

Why? I've got a 22 inch monitor, the navigation box is almost a foot long. It's completely unnecessary. I'm just baffled, there is no reason I can think of that you would take away features and claim it's better when it's not.
