Why when I click mon the firefox box it says a secure firefox page?
It should give me a list of options. Also, how do I get my email provider to come up as a tab when I open firefox?

Don't worry about the "secure page message". This means just that this is an page from Firefox itself and not from the web.
You can change to website to show at startup in the preferences under "General".
