In 'Address Book':

Locate your email address in the address book (it might be in more than one address book) or if not in any address book, do the following.

  • Add you as a contact in eg: Personal Address Book.
  • Where it says 'Display' enter your name as you want it appear.
  • then select 'Always prefer display name over message header'
  • click on OK
