We purchased and downloaded the 3 for 1 McAfee Security. It downloaded onto the main desktop with no problem. I'm now trying to download it onto my laptop and it's telling me to turn off Mozilla Foxfire and I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Help PLEASE!

I haven't heard of this message before.

Maybe McAfee's installer/updater wants to change a file Firefox is using (do you already have a McAfee add-on?), so it needs you to exit out of Firefox while it does its thing???

Could you post a screen capture of the message (or the exact wording) so we can understand it better? This article has hints on screen captures: How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

To close Firefox = orange Firefox button (upper left) > Exit
Or if you have the Menu Bar showing, File > Exit

You can also check the Windows Task Manager for Firefox processes.
