What app are you trying to uninstall? Is it an extension in Firefox or a program on Android?

To remove an extension, navigate to about:addons, tap the extension you want to uninstall and tap Uninstall

If you are talking about uninstall an application from Android this varies on the make/model of your phone. Generically, it would be in your App Drawer > Settings > Apps/Applications > Downloaded. Attached below is an idea of what it's supposed to look like
