We are a small business that have 3 workstations and have set up one email account info@cbsdental.ca. We need to know how to manage this one email account so that the multiple stations are not receiving and answering the same messages. Do you have any suggestions for this dilemma. Dr. Graham Jones

Set the account as IMAP and not POP. Make sure your provider offers IMAP service and add the account in Thunderbird as IMAP on all the computers.
