im told firefox is installed on my nexus7 but it is not also flash player is not installing

I am trying to install firefox on my nexus7 google says its installed but it is not. also trying to install astro file manager am told its installed but it is not. also adobe flash wont install.

Strange. Sounds like some kind of problem with Android. Have you tried completely powering off and restarting the device?

Strange. Sounds like some kind of problem with Android. Have you tried completely powering off and restarting the device?

did a factory reset. problem solved
