How do I merge thunderbird profiles

for various reasons, I use 2 TB profiles. I would now like to use only one profile. My main goal is to merge the email folders from one profile to the other, preferably to the default profile. How do I do this? Thanx,

Do you have the same accounts set-up in both profiles? Then you can simply use this add-on and import your mail from the other profile.
