Yes, for Linux and Mac OSX. Most Linux distributions are providing those in their repositories for the matching 64-bit distros, or it is available from the Mozilla FTP site. The Mac DMG installer file contains both 32-bit and 64-bit binaries. There are no official 64-bit release builds for Windows at this time.

And since there is no official Win64 builds of Firefox Releases yet it may take a while.

The 32-bit builds of Firefox and Thunderbird work on 64-bit Windows.
