I can not install your product on my Vista PC. Tried numerous download links, each one fails due to Norton (NIS) scanning and flagging adware and/or unsafe messages. Do you have an absolute safe method of downloading your product? It is apparent that all the ones I tried have been corrupted. Thank you.

does it work when you right-click and run the downloaded .exe file as administrator?

as alternative you could also try it with the full offline installer from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

hello dlambert46, please only download firefox from its official location at https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/!

Thanks for your response. I initially used this location to do the download and I do not recall if this one generated Norton errors or not. I just attempted it again. After selecting RUN for the setup to begin, Norton did NOT get upset, but it throws up an authorization screen for me to select either my user (which is an administrator) or the actual Administrator user and password (which I have none defined). After selecting my user and continue, it does absolutely nothing.... goes no further. I appreciate your help, as I am sick of IE & Chrome issues. Thanks again.

Thanks so much. Instead of doing a "Run" of the setup during the download, I saved it to my desktop, right clicked on the Setup to "Run as Administrator", worked just fine! I watched the Welcome video clip.... I am fired up! Thanks again!
