I have created a new profile. And in doing that you work with terminal window.

during that process i noticed this error message when i use FF i get the error message in the terminal window and i can confirm i see it whether using new or old profile

"[AGENT] socket error: [object XrayWrapper [object Event]]; readyState=3. Perhaps Helper is not running on xxxx or is shutting down? console.error: onepassword: "

xx was a number - not sure if was private so xxx.

what does this message mean? I am having connection issues with 2 services i use. I cannot even log a new question in my old ff support account. i hae cleared cache, cookies, history, started in safe mode. i have restarted the router.

but nothing is working ideas?
