I used to have a tab to the right of the search box that gave me options like incognito, delete cache, history and so on - how can I get them back ?

I lost it when I reinstalled Firefox, but I was already using the latest version. I think I must have installed an add-on or a plug-in, but I can;t seem to find whatever it was that I had installed.

Hi polarman,

Thank you for you question. This information is stored in the Profile Folder. However since you reinstalled Firefox I do not know if that information is still in that Folder.

The add on Open Profile Folder can be installed to open the folder that should have that information. If it is thereProfile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles may be useful to you.

If you have a back up of that Folder from before you reinstalled you can import stuff from an old folder: Restore bookmarks, passwords, and data from an old Firefox profile

If it is not there, it is pretty easy to rebuild the profile. Go to Tools > Add ons and search for the features you had there before.

If you have any other questions please start a new thread :-)
