
Firefox crashes
Cannot launch Mozilla at all. Does not even go into safe mode.

Have tried uninstall/reinstall plus browser reset, delete cache etc but no change.

Try to update to Firefox 26.0

This can be a problem with hardware acceleration in Firefox.
You can use one of these to start Firefox in Safe Mode:
- On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).

Thanks the upgrade plus disabling hardware acceleration seems to have sorted the issues.
